  3:00 AM: Our driver will pick you up from your hotel or meeting point in Ho Chi Minh City and transfer you to Can Tho.

• 5:30 AM: Meet your tour guide and board your private boat to begin the tour. On the 30-minute ride to the market, you will have a beautiful chance to watch the sunrise over the Mekong River.

• 6:15 AM: Arrive at Cai Rang Floating Market. Our captain will cruise slowly through the market so you can observe the bustling local trade and lively atmosphere. Here, you will experience a must-do activity: enjoying a local breakfast right on the boat.

• Next, cruise to a local noodle workshop where local hosts will guide you in making your own rice paper and noodles.

• Head into the peaceful, narrow mangrove canals—known as one of the ten prettiest canals in the world. We will spend over an hour here. Our captain will turn off the motor and paddle slowly so you can fully immerse yourself in nature.

• Board the boat again and head to a local river islet for these activities:

  • Tropical Fruit Orchards: Visit seasonal organic orchards where you can pick and eat fresh fruits directly in the garden.

  • Traditional Mekong House: Visit an ancestral home to learn how a traditional house is designed and hear stories about the historic livelihoods of local people.

  • Local Cake Making: Learn how to make traditional cakes (Bánh Khọt or puffed rice) guided by local chefs.

  • Lunch: Enjoy a home-cooked lunch at a local house, followed by relaxation time in a hammock.

  • Island Walk: Take a peaceful walk around the authentic island and visit local fish ponds.

  • Floating Fish Farm: Visit a floating fish farm on the Mekong River and enjoy watching the sunset over the water.

• Around 3:00 PM: Return to the mainland and transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City.
